A general good idea when problems like this happen with any site is to clear the browser cache. First close all instances of the browser. Then re-open the browser. Then follow the instructions below for Chrome or Firefox.
For Chrome this is done as follows:
- Click on the thee dots in the upper right
- Click on More Tools
- Click on Clear Browsing Data
- Make sure only “Cached images and files” is checked
- Click on Clear Data
For Firefox, this is done as follows:
- Click on History
- Click on Clear Recent History.
- In the box that appears (see below) make sure only Cache is checked
- Click on Clear Now
