Are the Himalaya uSLIC modules hermetically sealed?

The package is not hermetically sealed. It is organic and the moisture can get in and out of the substrate.
Are the inductors in all Himalaya uSLIC modules connected in the same way internally?

Yes, all the inductors in the Himalaya uSLIC package family are attached in the same way.
Can Himalya uSLIC modules be used in aerospace applications?

The solder used in these modules is non-leaded which may not be compatible for aerospace applications.
How are Himalaya uSLIC modules connected to the inductor internally?

The Inductor is attached to the top of the die embedded substrate. The inductor is not overmolded and exposed to the ambient conditions, similar to an inductor/SMT that is mounted on a board.
