Make sure bits D2, D3, and D7 of Fan Configuration registers 10h and 14h are set to ‘0’. Enter the desired target tachometer count into registers 22h and 23h. Note that you cannot change the Duty Cycle directly when in Manual RPM mode. You must change the value of the Target Tach Count (registers 22h and 23h).
