The MAX20029 is a peak current mode control device. The OUTS pin is the feedback pin that feeds into comparator against Vref. It connects the feedback select block, which is a network of resistor dividers to set the output voltage. If there is a feed forward capacitor, it is only there to improve phase margin and bandwidth with the additional pole and zero.
