Assuming this is regarding RadioThorium, the default power up state for the SC2444 is the same as the example provided in the API Spec (attached) in section 5.1.1, in brief:
IF and FDD modes enabled
2.345 GHz IF on both Tx and Rx Paths
PDFRF output of 26.985 on Tx
