The block diagram for the RFPD-RC-4450-50 shows the analog voltages from the power detector (Forward, Reverse, and VSWR) going to the ADUCM3027 but the schematic shows them going to the AD7293. Which is correct?

Both are correct. The block diagram was drawn to emphasize that the power detectors output was made available to the microcontroller. The implementation of that was putting the power detectors analog outputs into the AD7293, where the information is made available to the ADUCM3027.)
