EVAL-AD8436 evaluation board operation with single supply

I have an AD8436 EVAL board and use it with single supply. The board does not
work as expected. Have you any ideas why?

Please note, single supply operation requires removal of Resistor R6 and
installing a 0.1 μF capacitor in the same position for noise decoupling.
