ADN8831: how to drive an APD

I want to find a solution for biasing in APD systems. APD has characteristic:
temperature coefficient and noise of dark current are large.

A

1. You can use our ADN8831 and a TEC module to control/fix the APD die to
a pre-set temperature. So, the temperature coefficient related issue been
controlled.
2. Dark current usually been determined by process, and by temperature.
With the solution recommended above, customer’s problem changed to select a
right APD die product (with right process).

So, it looks like the temperature control might be the right solution.
