Unfortunately, it is not possible to connect TMC6140 with TMC4671. Since TMC6140 uses a bottom shunt for current measurement, on the other hand, TMC4671 only supports inline phase current measurement. So there is always a compatibility issue among them. We recommend that our customers use TMC6100 or TMC6200 in combination with TMC4671.
