The AD8460 can adjust its output voltage span to an asymmetrical configuration by applying an external termination voltage in place of the ground connection on one or both RTERM resistors.
However, this was not recommended because the part is programmed and trimmed to have a precision output in a +/- 40V voltage span. There will be issues with the offset voltage on an asymmetrical configuration.
We suggest that the ADHV4710 amplifier can be used for flexibility in the use cases.
