Why can't TMCL-IDE connect to my TMCM310?

The TMCM310 is quite old. You need to use our Legacy version of TMCL-IDE, found here: https://www.trinamic.com/fileadmin/assets/Support/Software/TMCL-IDE/TMCL-IDE.zip
