For GMSL1, the coupling caps should be 0.22 uF.
For GMSL2, the coupling caps can be 0.1 uF or 0.22 uF.
When using COAX cable, the coupling capacitors on the possitive and negative lines should have the same values. The goal is to cancel out internal currents by driving complementary signals into equivalent loads. The same for STP cable.
