There can be a number of reasons why a module does not move when instructed to, here is a checklist to help narrow down the issue:
1) Check the wiring against the Hardware Manual, ensuring the Enable pin is above 3.5V
2) Check the power supply used is set between 12V and 54V, without going into current limit mode
3) Check the CAN connection with an adapter, the green LED should be blinking on the TMCM-1260 and the red LED should be off
4) In the TMCM-CANopen tool with the TMCM-1260 module connected, see if "Operation Enabled" state can be selected in the state machine
5) Try setting object 2005 = 2 to deactivate the limit switch functionality and see if the motor can move with this change
