Can the "Record Path Sidetone" feature in the MAX98090 be used to subtract out another signal in an effort to perform noise cancellation?
The Record Path Sidetone feature can only be used to add signals to the playback path. There is no internal mechanism in the MAX98090 to automatically invert or subtract signals. All inversion must be done externally either before being fed to the analog inputs or digitally through the Digital Audio Interface.
