Will the DS9490R and DS9490B 1-Wire adapters be obsoleted since they contain the DS2490 which is Not Recommended for New Designs?
Although the DS2490, a Maxim USB to 1-Wire bridge chip, is not recommended for new designs, it will remain in production to be used by the DS9490R and DS9490B 1-Wire USB PC adapters. There are no current plans for obsoleting DS9490 adapters.
