What is the difference between the MAX32650, MAX32651, and MAX32652?
The primary difference is the package and whether or not the security features (TPU) are enabled. The MAX32652 is a 140 WLP (0.35mm pitch) and no TPU. The MAX32650 is offered in a 96 WLP (.4mm pitch) package and also a 144 TQFP package with no TPU. The MAX32651 features the Trust Protection Unit (TPU) and secure bootloader in a 96 WLP (.4mm pitch) package and a 144 TQFP package.
