Could you help provide the timing requirements in standard mode 100kHz, for the DS2482S-100?

The datasheet is the governing document, so it should be correct also for 100kHz.

I2C timings are valid from 0 to 400kHz, per the fSCL EC table parameter. Keep in mind notes 11-15 also apply.
