Yes - the UVOV feature can technically be disabled by clamping the voltage on this pin using a voltage inside the window. The zener voltage will have to be turned on for the minimum input voltage that exists in your application and will have to also properly work for the maximum input voltage as well. Take note of the additional current consumption that will be required. The MAX15096 was not meant to operate in this manner. Therefore, it is recommended you fully test your circuit in order to determine that the MAX15096 can operate as expected.
