On the datasheet, MAX32660 Flash Endurance cycles are 10K (min). Usually, the erase cycle is related to the environment temperature. Our 10k (min) cyles is for the entire operating temperature range (-40~105°C). The endurance can increase to 100K cycles at 25°C.
