Formula to calculate the speed in RPM from TACH register value,
RPM = 60*SR*8192/(NP * TACH count decimal value)
where,
SR - 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, or 32. This is the number of tachometer periods over which the tachometer clock is counted.
NP - number of tachometer pulses per revolution.
