In Autoclass mode, PD needs to draw its maximum power from 1.35s to 3.65s after it’s powered on. PSE will measure the power rating during this time, so, if the PD didn’t draw the Pmax at that time, it will mislead PSE and PSE may not assign the Pmax of PD correctly.
