The inrush current limit is dependent on the MOSFET chosen.
Every MOSFET has a gate to source capacitance Cgs which means you have to charge/discharge the gate capacitance when driving it. Since current to a capacitor can be written as:
I = C dV/dt
I = input capacitance of the gate x maximum slew rate of the drive pin
As specified on the page 9 of the datasheet for the IRF5210S the maximum inrush current is 2A.
