Question
The AD8074 offer a high-speed disable feature that allows the outputs to be
put into a high
impedance state. However parameters of time of disable/enable aren't
specified. What value these parameters have?
Answer
I got the following spec’s from the designer, who ran a simulation:
Enable to Disable: 50% point of control signal to 50% point of output change:
63 ns; 50% point of control signal to 99% point of output change: 170 ns
Disable to Enable: 50% point of control signal to 99% point of output change:
27 ns
Load conditions: RL = 1K, CL = 20 pF
You might consider using Muxes with a faster switching time like the
AD8186/AD8187
