Can I use the ADM1062's ADC from inputs VX1-5, VP1-4, VH and Temp sensor
without averaging?
I don't want to use the EEPROM for configuration. I want to initialize the
ADM1062 every start up over the SMBus. Can you tell me which register I have to
write for the configuration to read after it the ADC Value Register
continuously?

Yes, this is possible. There are several ADC registers to configure and then
do the readback, they’re documented in the AN-698, and there’s also another
Apps Note, AN-897, dealing with how to setup and configure and use the ADC as
well.
