Yes, the USB port on the MAX32625 can be used to read and write the flash memory however this requires custom firmware to be loaded onto the device using JTAG SWD beforehand. The custom firmware would need to implement a protocol for passing the programming information into the device and also handle the erasing and writing of the flash memory. JTAG SWD are the only out-of-the-box programming methods supported by this device.
