How do the MAX32660 low power modes compare to the MAX32620, MAX32630, MAX32625, and MAX32650 families?

Relative to the MAX32650/MAX32651/MAX32652, the MAX32660 does not have BACKGROUND mode. This is the mode on MAX32650 where the CPU is in retention but the SmartDMA is active. MAX32660 does not have SmartDMA, hence no BACKGROUND mode.

Relative to the MAX326XX family, these mode are roughly equivalent to:

BACKUP – LP0 and LP0.5 (meaning, no RAM retained and some or all RAM retained – MAX32620/25/30 only have no RAM)

DEEPSLEEP – LP1 (everything preserved including CPU state)

BACKGROUND – ~LP2 (not applicable to MAX32660, we do have SLEEP but that just stops clocks, does not put anything into retention)

ACTIVE – LP3
