Where can I find the SDK API and examples for the MAX32625 or MAX32626?
They are downloaded using the ARMCortexToolchain installer. You can easily choose to download only the product specific resources/firmware. Once you finish the installation, look in the installation location you specified. The folder named "Firmware" contains the SDK API and examples.
