How does one get EMG and EEG measurements using MAXREFDES100?

Since EMG, ECG, EEG are all biopotential signals, the MAX30003 analog front end (AFE) on the platform should be able to process them. To be able to measure EMG and EEG, the ECG probes will have to be swapped out with the relevant probes, and the register settings of the MAX30003 on the platform will have to be modified appropriately. Maxim does not currently publish any user guidelines or procedures to do this with the MAXREFDES100.
