Are there any issues with the MAXREFDES73 "sticking" after a random number of frequency sweeps?

If the red LED stops flashing and this happens after doing a random number of frequency sweeps, it is a known issue that the system sticks after frequency sweeps. The business unit engineers did not test the SW beyond basic functionality.  This design is meant to serve as an example, not as an actual finished product -- more of a building block for customer design work.

We can provide source code to the actual design if the customer would like to take a look at it, but the design is a demo example and hasn't been tested to the scrutiny of a final product.
