What is the minimum number of read/write cycles assured for the DS1973?

The DS1973 contains the same memory chip as the DS2433. For the DS2433, there is no limit on the number of read cycles. However, the write cycle endurance is specified as minimum 50,000 cycles. The number of read cycles does not affect the performance. Once you exceed the number of write cycles the data retention may suffer.
