Can I use the MAX9867 headphone output to drive a line level driver?
Yes, you can use the headphone output to drive a line level driver. Please make sure to use a DC coupling capacitor at the output. The output voltage is biased at 1/2 the supply voltage rail. The capacitor together with the impedance of the line level driver will make a high pass filter, so be sure to size the capacitor appropriately to preserve the low-end response.
