What input voltage range can the MAX1464 accommodate?
Theoretically, the MAX1464 can accommodate input ranges from 1mV to 5V. But in reality, the input range depends on the desired full-scale output and resolution. The MAX1464 can provide analog amplification of up to 244 in 17 steps. Higher amplification can be digitally achieved. Output resolution is compromised when amplifying a signal digitally.
