How can I switch the MAX1464 EV board from 3-wire to 4-wire communication, and vice versa?
3-wire or 4-wire communication is possible in the MAX1464 by connecting the DI and DO pins together or keeping them separate, respectively. This is accomplished by inserting or removing the shunt on JU4. The 3-wire mode allows the user to use a single line, DIO, for communication with the MAX1464 by shorting the DI and DO pins together.
