No measurements were taken to determine if the 78Q2123-DB can obtain any EMI certification. It would be best if the customer conducts EMI testing if they want to know whether or not their end-product will comply. Although the evaluation board is very conservative with the spacing in layout, it is not meant to serve as a reference if the layout itself will pass EMI standards. Also, please note that the product line has been changed to NRND (Not Recommended for New Designs). Although this is the case, there are no plans to stop making the product for existing designs.
