We find coherent behaviour as per 180 ps time delay spec for Q set up time following a step change at input (from low to high). However, when goigng higth to low at the input, unexpectedely the Q output returns to 0 even when LE & LE' are properly handled (or at least that is what we think), and the worst is that the delay time is surprisingly low as compared to the specified propagation diealy of 180 ps. See atached image. Is there an explanation for this? Is the set-up ´wiring' ok? Appreciate any comment or help
