hysteresis resistance

Product Number: ADCMP601

Hello, I want to ZCD circuit using ADCMP601. A target hysteresis threshold is 1mv. And I wonder if it is possible to set hysteresis resistance higher than 650k ohms

Hello cheryl,

It is possible to have e RHYS greater than 650 k ohms but the change in hysteresis will be very small and will be asymptotic to 0.1mV (when Rhys=infinite, typical hysteresis is 0.1mV), as you can see in Figure 21 of the datasheet .
