LTC1063CSW(surface mount package) NC pins,grounded or left open?

Product Number: LTC1063CSW

In datasheet page 10,section "Output offset",at the end of first paragraph.

" When the surface mount package is used, all the unused pins should be grounded."

Does it mean those NC pins shoud be grounded?

Hello SavageZ ,

Yes. It seems like unused pins is pertaining to NC pins. Connecting them to ground should have no issue since "ideally", they have no internal/external function (please inform us if it does so we could check).
