MAX14915 Driver IC channel issue

Could you please clarify your setup? Do you have loads on all channels? How do you control the switch(s) status when it is ON or OFF? What is your command structure?

For example, with device address is 0b00 (A1 and A0 are low), BRST bit is 0, CRCEN pin is low, and SYNCH pin is high, your write command should be:

0x0180 - to set OUT8 ON (output is high).

Are you able to read the data from the SetOut register, reg. 0x00?

Your read command should be:

0x0000

What data can you read back? The scope shots of the SPI transactions can help to debug this issue.

I would suggest to order the MAX14915EVKIT# and compare the SPI transactions on your board with the EV kit.

I have used MAX14915EVKIT with Infineon controller. I have not connected any load to the channels. I control the switch ON and OFF by sending 0x00 for OFF and 0xFF for ON.

Are you sure that you use SPI mode 0 (CPOL=0 and CPHA=0)? Looks like your SPI is configured to sample the data on the falling edge and shift on the rising edge of the clock.

Hope, changing the SPI configuration will solve your problem.

I have configured CPOL &CPHA = 0 

But still I am facing the same issue.

What is your data setup time, tds? Can you capture the real SPI signals by oscilloscope?
