May we ask for your expected output?
The output signal on above the 0V is expected as you have created same frequency for both input signal and carrier signal. You can try to change the frequency of the carrier signal to be higher than the input modulating signal and it will create a double sideband suppressed carrier waveform. Also, as for your application that you want to use the AD630 as synchronous demodulator, please see the note below. For AD630 to act as demodulator, you need a double sideband suppressed carrier on the signal input.
We also tried to simulate it using other simulation tools and here is the output waveform of your circuit.
There are two waveforms on this sample, one is the modulating signal and the other one is the output signal. As seen on the result, the output signal is somewhat similar to the result of the Ltspice model. With this, we need to have more information regarding your application.
