UPDATE:
After reading the datasheet, I have chosen to use LTC1062 instead of LTC1063, and below is the schematic that I plan on using for LTC1062.
I will be using a single 5V supply, and I have few questions about the following circuit.
1) On the following schematic, for 10hz filter, R = 29.4k, C = 1uF, fclk = 1khz.
* Can I say that the time constant is R*C (29,4K * 1uF) = 0.029s, so it will take 0.029s to become stable on the output?
* Fclk = 1Khz, where does the Pin 5 connect to? Does it connect to a capacitor?
2) How important is the stability of 5V supply? I plan on using a 5V,1Amp power supply: https://www.adafruit.com/product/501
