I need to simulate ADCMP600 in LTSpice, but cannot find model of ADCMP600 either in LTSpice or a generic SPICE model on analog.com. Can someone please point me to this device's simulation model?

The difference of ADCMP602 with ADCMP600 is the package only so you can use the LTSpice model of ADCMP600 for ADCMP602.
