ADCMP600 SPICE Model

Question

Hello, 
 I need to simulate ADCMP600 in LTSpice, but cannot find model of ADCMP600 either in LTSpice or a generic SPICE model on analog.com. Can someone please point me to this device's simulation model?

Hi Sean, the model for the 601 (a superset of the 600 model) is included above. In a reply above. Just copy the text and save it to a text file.
