ADCMP573 Eval Board Questions

Question

I have a couple of questions about the ADCMP573 and its Eval board. 
 Does the HYS Pin also affect the hysteresis of the Latch enable pins? 
 If I leave the HYS Pin disconnected, how much less hysteresis than the 1mV specification can I expect? 
 For the Eval board, what is the purpose for adhesive on the 2.9 mm connectors, and are there any specs. on how it should be done? 
 Does the Eval board come with gerber files?
