EVAL-ADCMP565 as trigger circuit

Question

Hello, 
 for my setup I need a circuit that produces a output voltage, lets say Uout=1V if Uin>0V and Uout= -1V if Uin<0V. Uin is a high frequency noisy bipolar rectangle signal up to 1-2GHz. Is this possible with the comparator evaluation boards, e.g. the EVAL-ADCMP565?
