This has been linked to the 32-bit version of the Visual C++ Redistribute Packages for Visual Studio 2013, which needs to be installed for the Software GUI to work.
Download and install the x86 (32-bit) version of the Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013.
