What is the saturation value of the MAX30101 OVF_COUNTER register?
When the MAX30101 FIFO is full, the number of samples "missed" are counted by this 5-bit register. The OVF_COUNTER register, since it is 5 bits, has a maximum value of 0x1F and will saturate at this value if the number of missed samples exceeds 0x1F.
