The Electrical Characteristic table shows then switching frequency specification for this part.
It doesn’t matter if internal circuit has a capacitor or capacitor variations, the switching frequency specification already includes all the parameters variations, temperature variations, etc. The datasheet shows the min and max switching frequency that will be observed for the part when operated under the conditions listed at the beginning of the Electrical Characteristic table. As long as the customer follow the datasheet specifications, there should not be an issue in their design.
