Hello.

Could you please explain to me why when the output of one of the timeslots is saturated and I increase the gain resistance, the output drops? This occurs even with a single pulse configuration.

Do you use the analog integration mode with +/- math operations to subtract the dark signal after the pulses?

Do you use the analog integration mode with +/- math operations to subtract the dark signal after the pulses?
I just had similar readouts recently. My guess is your ADC is already saturated with the LED pulses but the ambient light is low. But when you increase the gain, the more amplified ambient light can significantly reduce the signal at the end.
