WaveTool UDP Python connection to send X and Y data from optical sensor

I am working with an EVAL-ADPD2140Z sensor and would like to send the X and Y data from the Angle Application to a Python script. I found this repository https://github.com/analogdevicesinc/ApplicationsWaveTool but I am not sure what data the scripts are sending (seem to be raw channel data from Slot A and Slot B -- example output data is attached) and not sure how to convert that data into X and Y values.

From browsing the past questions on this forum I see that you all have stopped supporting this sensor, but any help would be greatly appreciated, including recommendations for a different sensor to move forward with. The project is to develop a system for eye-tracking using these sensors, placing the position of the pupil based on the centroid of reflected light off the sclera.
