Reading values from ADPD4000/ADPD4100

I'm fairly new to ADPD4000 and new in doing embedded tasks.

If I'm using an arduino nano, how do I read the values from the ADPD4000? How do I connect ADPD4000 to Arduino Nano to be able to do so?

I have an incoming ADPD4100 but I'd like to take the opportunity to jumpstart learning these devices by starting with the adpd4000 I have right now.

    As you can see in the user guide, a ADPD sensor board with a connector is being used. 
    When you say this example works with ADPD4100, what kind of evaluation board are you referring to ? is it eval-adpd4100z-ppg?

    Hi there,

    The example is for implementing firmware of a micro control board that works with any sensor board designed with ADPD4000/4001 or ADPD4100/4101. The EVAL-ADPD4100Z-PPG board is a one of the sensor boards with ADPD4100 on it. The companion micro control board for this sensor board is the EVAL-ADPDUCZ board.

    If you prefer to use your own micro control board, you need to follow the example and implement the firmware on your micro control board of choice so that the micro control board can communicate with the ADPD sensor board.
